51 former intelligence officials cast doubt on the New York Post’s bombshell Hunter Biden laptop story in a public statement by claiming the laptop had “the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”
The statement was used by the mainstream media to delegitimize the scandalous contents found on the laptop, even though the intel admitted there was no actual “evidence” of Russian involvement.
Douglas Wise, a former Defense Intelligence Agency deputy director, even told The Australian, “all of us figured that a significant portion of that content [on the laptop] had to be real.”
And now that the laptop is acknowledged as authentic by even the mainstream media – and with Republicans back in control of the House, they are investigating the intel officials involved in the statement.
House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Michael Turner (R-OH) sent letters to the 12 intel officials, taking them to task for their “public statement signed in October 2020 that falsely implied the New York Post’s reporting about Hunter Biden was the product of Russian disinformation.”
Former CIA Director John Brennan and former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper are also required to comply with the committee’s requests.
“The Judiciary Committee made prior requests to you for documents and information about the public statement you signed in October 2020 that falsely implied the New York Post’s reporting about Hunter Biden was the product of Russian disinformation. These requests, to include a request for a transcribed interview before the Committees, remain outstanding. These documents and your testimony are necessary to further our oversight. As we begin the 118th Congress, we write again to reiterate our outstanding requests and ask that you immediately comply in full.”
Jordan and Turner had previously asked officials to “identify all people with whom you communicated about the inception, drafting, editing, signing, publishing, or promotion of the ‘Public Statement on the Hunter Biden Emails’ dated October 19, 2020” and “produce all documents and communications referring or relating to the ‘Public Statement on the Hunter Biden Emails.’”
There was no mention in the letters of subpoenaing the ex-intel officials, however a subpoena could be obtained if the requested information is not provided.

Hunter Biden has finally confessed – the scandalous laptop is his.
But his justifications for why questionable information was found on his laptop isn’t very convincing.
In attempt to explain what really happened, Hunter’s lawyers have made this absurd claim.
While Hunter Biden’s legal team at Winston & Strawn have confirmed the infamous laptop did belong to
Hunter, his lawyers are alleging the information found on his laptop had been manipulated by those
who had been in possession of the abandoned computer.
Hunter Biden’s legal team sent letters to the United States Department of Justice and Delaware’s
Attorney General asking for an investigation into “individuals for whom there is considerable reason to
believe violated various federal laws in accessing, copying, manipulating, and/or disseminating Mr.
Biden’s personal computer data.”
Biden’s attorney, Abbe Lowell, is asking for Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon, and John Mac Isaac – the owner
of the computer repair shop where Biden allegedly abandoned his laptop – to all be investigated.
“These letters do not confirm Mac Isaac’s or others’ versions of a so-called laptop,” Lowell told Fox News
Digital.
“They address their conduct of seeking, manipulating and disseminating what they allege to be Mr.
Biden’s personal data, wherever they claim to have gotten it.”
Lowell added that Mac Isaac and others had no right to examine the data of Biden’s laptop.
“This failed dirty political trick directly resulted in the exposure, exploitation, and manipulation of Mr.
Biden’s private and personal information,” Lowell wrote.
“Politicians and the news media have used this unlawfully accessed, copied, distributed, and
manipulated data to distort the truth and cause harm to Mr. Biden.”
However, Fox News host Tucker Carlson accused the Bidens of exploiting their political position to
criminalize the people who’d been in possession of Hunter’s laptop.
“Hunter Biden signed an agreement acknowledging that if he left his device in John Paul Mac Isaac’s
repair shop in Delaware for more than 90 days, if he didn’t pick it up, he would forfeit ownership of it.
He wrote that. No one disputes that he did,” Carlson said.
“Doesn’t seem like a fair fight, really. So here you have John Paul Mac Isaac, a small business owner who
lives in a small, corrupt state controlled by the Biden family. He’s the peasant in this scenario. And then
you have Hunter Biden. He’s the princeling. So with no obvious means of support, Hunter Biden has
been living in a $20,000 a month spread in Malibu and can somehow – can someone tell us how – afford
a team of the most expensive attorneys in the United States of America.”

The Biden administration withheld critical information about the Chinese spy balloon from local authorities.

Republican Gov. Greg Gianforte of Montana said on Friday that he was not informed by the Biden administration about the Chinese spy balloon until it was above the state’s most populous area.
“Well, when I got briefed this slow-moving balloon was hundreds of miles into Montana, it had already flown near the Air Force base and the ICBM silos,” Gianforte told Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
“When I finally got informed, it was over our most populous city, it got spotted by a photographer at the airport.”
“Well, that’s bizarre,” Carlson responded. “That suggests deception.”
“If it was up to Montanans, this thing would have been taken out of the sky the moment it entered our sovereign airspace,” Gianforte said.
“Initially, in the briefing I got, earlier in the week they were contemplating taking it out of the sky. For whatever reason, they didn’t do that,” Gianforte added when Carlson asked why it wasn’t shot down.
“Now, clearly this went to the president’s desk. He was given options, for whatever reason, he chose not to act and unfortunately the result of that is that Americans are endangered and our enemies are emboldened.”
The U.S. military finally shot down the Chinese spy balloon on Saturday off of South Carolina’s coast. Appearing on “Fox News Sunday,” Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) blasted Biden for being afraid of China.
“What began as a spy balloon has become a trial balloon, testing President Biden’s strength and resolve.
And unfortunately, the president failed that test. And that’s dangerous for the American people. The president was paralyzed for an entire week by a balloon,” Cotton said.
“We should have shot this balloon down over the Aleutian Islands. We should have never allowed it to transit the entire continental United States. And I think there’s a lot of open questions that the administration needs to answer to Congress on behalf of the American people about why they didn’t.”
Cotton said Biden didn’t want to risk taking any “provocative or confrontational” actions against “the Chinese communists.”
Cotton also noted that if it weren’t for the people of Montana taking pictures of the balloon and posting them online, Biden would have never taken any action at all.
“Democratic presidents only take action like shooting down this balloon once their hand is forced. And I think on Thursday, when civilians in Montana identified this balloon, it — well, it forced the president’s hand,” Cotton said.

Kayla’s mother, Tammy Nobles, says her daughter would still be alive if it wasn’t for the weak border enforcement that’s allowed MS-13 gang members to slip into the country.
“Everyone should know how he got here — all the people involved that led up to her death, I think they all should be responsible,” said Nobles as reported by The Washington Examiner.
“She was just a happy little girl that wanted to live life, and it was taken. She wasn’t doing anything. She had two jobs. She was trying to figure out life being autistic.”
“He should have never been allowed in,” Nobles said.
“The suspect was arrested at the border in Rio Grande City, Texas,” Nobles said police told her.
“We do not know if his background was checked or not.”
The suspect entered America and identified as an unaccompanied minor.
In a statement to the Washington Examiner, U.S. Customs and Border Protection didn’t say whether they had screened the suspect at the border.
“CBP screens migrants utilizing a range of criteria and methods that are law enforcement sensitive,” according to a statement from CBP.
“Methods for assessing the validity of migrants’ age include the collection of biometric and biographic information such as fingerprints, photos, phone numbers, addresses, and documentation provided by migrants or government agencies.
Identification and age determination are also determined through background investigations, agent interviews, and consulate verification.”
“It just makes me so angry that this could have been prevented,” said Nobles.
“[My daughter’s] having autism just adds to the cruelness of her case. The people that are for illegal immigrants would say that he was at a disadvantage being an illegal immigrant. And I’m like, ‘Well, so was she because she had autism. She wasn’t typical. She had autism. She had high-functioning autism. She’s at a disadvantage to society, too.”
In 2021, 60 homicide or manslaughter convictions were attributed to illegal immigrants along with 1,178 assaults and domestic violence crimes.

“Last spring, in March, at a press conference in Brussels, Joe Biden explained that the sanctions he was imposing against Russia, while morally necessary, were also going to cause food shortages in the United States,” Carlson said on Monday.
“‘It’s going to be real,’ he[Biden] said.”
“Now, Biden said this in an odd way. No hint of panic. Emotions you predict from a leader predicting the deaths of human beings from starvation. None of that, instead there was pure nonchalant casualness. Biden could have been describing the weather or a trip to the dry cleaners.”
U.S. Agency for International Development Chief Samantha Power said that food prices rose 34% globally after Russia invaded Ukraine.
But Carlson added there’d also been strange accidents at various food processing plants in America, like two plane crashes that shut down plants in Georgia and Idaho.
“Even people who weren’t given to connecting the dots, that don’t think of themselves as conspiracy nuts began to wonder … is something here? But no one could tell. The Biden administration had no answers and no way to get to the answers because they had no data,” Carlson said.
“That’s interesting, because the Biden administration tracks a lot of things, the things that it cares about. The race, ethnicity and sex life of every person in the United States of America. Do we have enough trans Pacific Islanders playing woodwinds in major symphonies? How about gay southeast Asians in long haul trucking? These are the questions that concern the bean counters in the Biden administration and at the same time the same administration keeps no real records about the infrastructure of our food supply.”
Carlson also noted that the disruption in eggs – normally one of the cheapest sources of protein in American diets – could result in protein deficiencies in children.
“Are we being a little paranoid about the American food supply? Yes, we are and we’re proud of it,” Carlson said.
“And our leaders should be even more paranoid about our food supply. Food, energy, water. Those are the three things that matter. The rest of it is noise. Of course, as always, they’re ignoring what really matters.”

Army Lt. Col. Daniel L. Davis told Breitbart News that there is real world danger of invoking NATO’s “mutual defense” clause.
He said that supplying tanks to Ukraine doesn’t translate to guaranteed success against Russian forces.
Davis points out that the years of experience needed in operating NATO tanks and the strategic knowledge needed for maneuvering them during combat cannot be replicated in less than two months’ training.
“From someone who has done combat operations in tank-on-tank fights; in operations patrolling the East-West border during the Cold War and its potential Soviet invasions; and was the second-in-command of an armored cavalry squadron for the First Armored Division in the mid 2000s in Germany; I can tell you that just having NATO tanks does not equal battlefield success,” he explained.
Davis cautioned that it also takes a “trained individual at each of the positions within a tank” in addition to “a trained crew that knows how to fight well together.”
“And then you have to have a trained platoon, platoons in a company; and a company in the battalion; and if you’re talking about the inner-level operations, battalions within brigades etc,” he said.
“So all of those are necessary and they all take time.”
“You can’t send 500 [Ukrainian] dudes to Germany and conduct six weeks of maneuver training and think you’re going to get the same output, because those guys don’t have the experience,” he said.
“They don’t even have the baseline understanding that we had a whole career and our whole training before we even arrived at that one year preparation.”
Davis said that if the weapons we’re sending to Ukraine had a chance of helping them win the war, he’d “be willing to say it is worthy.”
But sending the tanks is only emboldening Russia to be more aggressive, says Davis.
“Far from wanting to deter Russia or making them hesitate and count the costs – it’s having the exact opposite effect across the board in Russia.”
“If anything, it makes them want to be more aggressive,” he added. “It makes them absolutely think we cannot lose this and double down on their efforts.”
Davis noted that because Russia has the biggest nuclear stockpile on the planet, the “rules are different” in this situation – but “we’re not acting like it.”
“And I fear that one day, Russia’s going to say, ‘OK, you finally did cross a red line this time and we’re going to take action,’” Davis concluded.

“How powerful, exactly, are the big pharmaceutical companies in this country? Well, that’s a big question and there are a lot of ways to measure it, but here are a few ways you can measure it,” Carlson, an honorary member of the Daily Caller News Foundation’s board, said.
Carlson explained that America is one of only two countries in the world that allows drug companies to market directly to consumers.
“In this country, Big Pharma can advertise drugs directly to consumers. That’s a little strange if you think about it, since consumers don’t prescribe drugs, doctors do. So, why are the drugs being advertised directly to consumers?”
“It may not surprise you that in this country, drug companies spend more on lobbying Congress than any other industry. A lot more than any other industry. They don’t do it by accident,” Carlson said.
“They do it because it pays off in a deal like this. A pretty remarkable deal that drug companies have worked out with politicians.”
Carlson in particular blasted the $11.58 million that Pfizer spent on lobbying Congress in 2022.
“The government uses your tax dollars to buy billions’ worth of their products and then in some cases forces you to use those products. Sometimes those products work and sometimes they don’t work. And some cases the products can injure you, but no matter what happens, there is nothing you can do about it, because politicians have given these companies complete immunity. If their products hurt or kill you, you cannot sue them. You are not even really allowed to complain about it. That’s an incredible deal,” Carlson noted.
According to American law, vaccine companies cannot be held liable in most circumstances.
The law from 1988 states, “No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine.”
Instead, America has the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, which is supposed to compensate people injured by vaccines.
However, since the program’s inception in 2010, the CICP has denied about 90% of compensation claims according to an investigation by OpenTheBooks.com.
And CICP didn’t pay one cent for any Covid-vaccine claims in 2021.
Siri & Glimstad named-partner Aaron Siri explained to Reuters why receiving compensation from the CICP is virtually useless.
“The CICP is not a court,” he said, noting that it’s a part of the “same federal health department that licensed, recommended, and mandated Covid-19 vaccines, and then sits as investigator and ‘judge’ of any CICP claim. That is a mockery of the term justice.”

Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) said on Tuesday that he suspects information has been intentionally overclassified by the intelligence community in order to avoid Congressional oversight.
During a broadcast of Newsmax’s “Eric Bolling The Balance,” Paul said the investigation into the origins of COVID was hampered because of “the intelligence agencies classifying things that need to be declassified.”
“I think there’s an overclassification problem here. Everything’s classified. And in all likelihood, what we’ll find is this is not some sort of organized scheme to have the secrets to the nuclear weapon in his [Biden’s] Corvette,” Paul said.
“I think it’s more likely than not that we’ve classified so many documents that it’s hard to find documents that are not classified,” he continued.
According to CNN, the government produced a classified report in 2020 warning that COVID may have leaked from a lab, however, it was not immediately available for Republican lawmakers to see because it had been classified as “top secret.”
“The one problem with classifying so much is that there is right now – to my knowledge – pretty good information out there in the intelligence community about the virus originating from the lab in China, and yet they classify it to try to prohibit people [like]me giving you the information that we already know that this came from a lab. And so this is a real problem. We need to allow less classification so the American people can understand more about what’s on with their government.”
Paul also emphasized that what’s often labeled by the intelligence community as “classified” turns out to be “not really that secret.”
“When Trump — when this came up, and Trump had some documents, the left-wing media acted as if oh, these are the Manhattan Project. This is the secrets to the nuclear weapon. … Really, most of the stuff we see is not really that secret. But it’s all stamped that way. The intelligence community does this so they have more power and we have less power. I have long argued that Congress needs to know more and the American people need to know more about what the CIA does, what the FBI does. Because we can’t oversee them, we can’t have oversight and reform if we don’t know what they’re doing, and they avoid oversight by classifying things, and often there’s a policy decision like, for example, with COVID, we need to know if COVID came from a lab so we can prevent this from happening again. Some of this is being stymied by the intelligence agencies classifying things that need to be declassified.”

An important figure in the FBI was at the heart of the Trump-Russia probe.
Now he’s facing five criminal charges for his own Russian connections.

Charles McGonigal, former Special Agent in charge of the New York FBI Counterintelligence Division, was arrested over the weekend for allegedly accepting money from US sanctioned Russian billionaire Oleg Deripaska.
The irony is that McGonigal played a key part in kicking off the entire “Russiagate” probe against former President Donald Trump.
First was the FBI investigation dubbed “Crossfire Hurricane” – and that eventually led to the appointment of Robert Mueller – who spent $32 million dollars of taxpayer money to investigate baseless accusations against Trump.
Speaking to the Senate Judiciary Committee in 2020, FBI Deputy Assistant Director Jonathan Moffa said he received a July 2016 email from McGonigal that “contained essentially that reporting, which then served as the basis for the opening of the case [against Trump].”
Now McGonigal – along with Russian interpreter for the courts Sergey Shestakov – have been charged with money laundering and conspiring to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (“IEEPA”).
As reported by ABC News, “Both face money laundering charges in addition to charges for violating sanctions. Each of four counts carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.”
The DOJ alleges McGonigal began accepting money from Deripaska a year before he retired from the FBI in 2018.
In exchange for the money, McGonigal spearheaded an investigation into a rival oligarch of Deripaska’s, as well as lobbied to have the sanctions against Deripaska lifted.
McGonigal and Shestakov then laundered the money through various shell companies.
In a statement regarding the matter, FBI Assistant Director Michael Driscoll said:
“The FBI is committed to the enforcement of economic sanctions designed to protect the United States and our allies, especially against hostile activities of a foreign government and its actors,”
“Russian oligarchs like Oleg Deripaska perform global malign influence on behalf of the Kremlin and are associated with acts of bribery, extortion, and violence.”
Driscoll continued, “As alleged, Mr. McGonigal and Mr. Shestakov, both U.S. citizens, acted on behalf of Deripaska and fraudulently used a U.S. entity to obscure their activity in violation of U.S. sanctions. After sanctions are imposed, they must be enforced equally against all U.S. citizens in order to be successful. There are no exceptions for anyone, including a former FBI official like Mr. McGonigal.”
McGonigal is one of the highest-ranking former FBI officials to ever face criminal charges in US history.

Dr. Fauci was desperate to cover up one particular theory about the origins of COVID.
So Dr. Fauci worked with several researchers on a huge project in hopes of misleading Americans.
But those efforts completely failed.
In the early days of the pandemic, Dr. Anthony Fauci worked with a group of scientists whose goal was, according to at least one of them, to “disprove” the Wuhan lab-leak theory.
Fauci had helped fund gain-of-function research of bat coronaviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, so he had every reason to prove that COVID did not originate from the Wuhan lab.
“Fauci, who at the time was director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, worked alongside others, including National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins, Wellcome Trust director Jeremy Farrar, Scripps Research’s Kristian Andersen and Dutch Virologist Ron Fouchier to investigate early evidence on the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic, emails obtained by journalist Jimmy Tobias revealed. On Feb. 8, 2020, Andersen wrote in an email that the group’s work was ‘focused on trying to disprove any type of lab theory,’” the Daily Caller reported.
Following their origins investigation, Kristian Andersen from Scripps Research became the lead author of the paper titled, “The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2,” which was quoted thousands of times by the mainstream media and viewed over 6 million times, according to The Intercept.
The NIH claimed the lab-created viruses funded by Americans taxpayer dollars were too dissimilar from COVID-19 and were not the cause of the pandemic.
The conclusion of the paper was “…it is currently impossible to prove or disprove the other theories of its origin described here. However, since we observed all notable SARS-CoV-2 features, including the optimized RBD and polybasic cleavage site, in related coronaviruses in nature, we do not believe that any type of laboratory-based scenario is plausible.”
Several of the other co-authors of “Proximal Origin” were in touch with Fauci in the weeks prior to the paper’s publication, and while many of them initially seemed supportive of the lab-leak theory, they abruptly changed their tune around this time they’d been in contact with Fauci.
“Our main work over the last couple of weeks has been focused on trying to disprove any type of lab theory, but we are at a crossroad where the scientific evidence isn’t conclusive enough to say that we have high confidence in any of the three main theories considered,” Anderson wrote in the Feb. 8th email.
When Andersen told Fauci that Nature Medicine had accepted “Proximal Origin” for publication, Fauci was pleased.
“Nice job on the paper,” Fauci said.
