Former Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) said the federal government’s handling of President Joe Biden’s classified documents scandal has been “an obvious showing of the two-tiered justice system” compared to how they targeted former President Trump.
“It comes down to, once again, whatever they accuse you of doing, they’re doing themselves. And this is just another example of that,” Nunes said speaking to Breitbart News Saturday with host Matthew Boyle.
“And so, the whole idea of what’s really happening here is the DOJ is hopelessly corrupt. And, I hate to say that. I thought it would get better after we exposed the Russia hoax, but really what’s happened is they just continued it,” Nunes said.
“And I think that’s what you’re seeing is just a continuation of the weaponization of the whole United States government.”
Nunes added that Biden made the “biggest political gaffe in history” by confessing he kept the documents by his car in the garage.
Speaking with Peter Doocy of Fox News, Biden infamously told on himself saying, “I’m going to get the chance to speak on all of this, God willing it’ll be soon, but I said earlier this week — and by the way my Corvette is in a locked garage. It’s not like it’s sitting out in the street.”
Nunes went on to say, “I mean, it’s just plain and simple, classified documents have to move from one SCIF, which is a compartment and facility that’s designed, and it has to move from one to another with a locked capacity.”
Nunes also noted that while Trump said he’d previously declassified the documents found at his Mar-a-Lago home, the documents found in Biden’s possession were found in several different locations and were from his time as Vice President – when he had no such powers to declassify documents.
Nunes went on to blast the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago, particularly mentioning their “little photo-op where they spread documents out all over the floor.”
“We don’t know what those are other than just cover pages that they spread out all over the floor. I mean, this is high-level, third-world corruption by the DOJ and the FBI,” Nunes said.
“And remember, when they did the photo ops and all that stuff, started releasing that and leaking that? They probably knew at the time that Biden had a much bigger problem.”
Nunes speculated that perhaps the raid on Mar-A-Lago was to take the heat off Joe Biden and his own classified document scandal.

Election voting machines don’t always work as well as Democrats claim.
There can be significant problems with the technology that could skew the results.
And one voting machine’s irregularities were enough to flip an entire election.
In Monmouth County, New Jersey, a local school board race seemed to flip after electronic voting machine errors were discovered during an investigation.
The Ocean Township school board race allegedly produced inaccurate results due to a human programming error, causing some votes to be counted twice reported the New Jersey Globe
The initial results between candidates Steve Clayton and Jeffrey Weinstein showed Clayton had won 3,523 to 3,503 – a 20-vote lead.
Now it appears Weinstein won by a single vote.
The error came from Election Systems & Software (ES&S), a company that counts the election ballots in over a third of New Jersey’s counties.
“At Monmouth County’s request, ES&S recently reviewed the county’s election data, which revealed that a technician inadvertently loaded votes twice in error. Typically our software blocks this from happening. Unfortunately, a human error in a July software reinstallment missed the step that would have flagged the mistake. This anomaly is isolated to Monmouth County. The integrity of elections are ultimately protected by a series of checks and balances, and we’re grateful for an audit that revealed this human error,” the company told the Washington Examiner.
ES&S said the tabulation error was an “isolated incident [that] occurred due to a human procedural error. An audit of the system yielded this information.”
However, the New Jersey Globe noted that it wasn’t the fail-safe systems put in place that found the error.
“That’s not necessarily true,” the local paper said regarding ES&S’s official explanation.
“It was not an ES&S audit that found election results from two months ago to be inaccurate, but rather a coincidental review of an unrelated request under the state’s Open Public Records Act that led election officials to discover the error.”
In fact Tracee Johnson, chief clerk at the Board of Elections, submitted her audit report to the Secretary of State just last month and stated, “The tabulation accuracy was 100%.”
Local officials are also concerned by the lack of transparency from Deputy Attorney General Susan Scott who directed them not to make any public statements about the situation, reported New Jersey Globe.
Sussex County Clerk Jeff Parrott said he was “disappointed” that Scott’s office hadn’t notified him.
“Nobody has brought it to my attention. I’m disappointed and dismayed,” Parrott said.
“It’s unacceptable to me.”
Elections in other towns such as Belmar, Fair Haven, and Tinton Falls may have also been affected by the error. Although, likely not by enough to flip any other races.

Intelligence officials took it upon themselves to mislead American people in a horrifying way.
What they did was truly disgusting.
And one of those officials just dropped a bombshell on how the Democrats lied to save Hunter Biden.
Without any evidence, 51 intelligence veterans signed a letter suggesting the Hunter Biden laptop story was part of a Russian disinformation campaign.
They claimed that – in their expert opinion – “the Russians are involved in the Hunter Biden email issue” and the material from Hunter had “has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”
Now one signee of the letter says they all knew the contents of Hunter’s laptop were legitimate even when they signed.
Former Defense Intelligence Agency deputy director Douglas Wise told The Australian, “All of us figured that a significant portion of that content had to be real to make any Russian disinformation credible.”
“The letter said it had the earmarks of Russian deceit and we should consider that as a possibility,” Wise said. “It did not say Hunter Biden was a good guy, it didn’t say what he did was right and it wasn’t exculpatory, it was just a cautionary letter.”
Wise added that he doesn’t regret signing the letter “because context is important,” noting the laptop’s “chain of custody” left open the possibility that “Russians or even ill-intended conservative elements could have planted stuff in there.”
Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) promised last month he would subpoena the 51 intelligence agents who signed the letter.
“Those 51 intel agents that signed a letter that said the Hunter Biden information was all wrong — was Russia collusion — many of them have a security clearance,” McCarthy said during an appearance on Fox News’ “One Nation.”
The signees included former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and former CIA Director John Brennan.
“Why did they sign it?” McCarthy asked.
“Why did they lie to the American public? A Clapper, a Brennan? Why did you use the reputation that America was able to give to you — more information — but use it for a political purpose and lie to the American public?”
Right-wing nonprofit research group Marco Polo released a 634-page report in October alleging the material on Hunter’s laptop contained evidence of six crimes committed by Joe Biden and 459 crimes committed by Hunter.

Joe Biden was receiving an insane amount of cash from his son.
It’s astounding how much Joe Biden was receiving from him.
And one document shows just how much Joe Biden was getting for Hunter’s business deals.
President Joe Biden owns a wonderful lakefront house in Wilmington, Delaware, currently valued at $1.3 million according to Zillow. The website also estimates the monthly rent for the property would be about $7,612 a month.
According to a background screening request signed by Hunter Biden in July 2018, Hunter lived in the home from March 2017 to February 2018.
Hunter lived at the lakefront residence for just under a year, yet paid an unbelievable $49,910 a month in rent – even while Joe and Jill Biden still lived on the property.
Reportedly, Hunter paid his father a total of $598,920 for rent, however, Joe Biden’s 2017 Schedule E tax form listed only $19,800 in “rents received.”
And in 2018, Joe Biden listed no rents received.
This is all the more significant considering the many scandals and shady business dealings Hunter has been, and is, implicated in especially during his father’s time as Vice President.
And then there are the unspecified number of classified documents recovered from Biden’s personal home and Washington office – which were discovered as far back as right before the midterms last November.
However, only in the last few weeks has the public learned that classified documents were in Biden’s possession at all.
In the interest of national security, House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-KY) called on the White House over the weekend to release information about everyone who had visited the home in the last six years, as well as the contents of the documents.
“It is troubling that classified documents have been improperly stored at the home of President Biden for at least six years, raising questions about who may have reviewed or had access to classified information,” Comer wrote in a letter to White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain.“
“Additionally, President Biden’s personal attorneys, who do not possess security clearances, and White House staff continue to access and search the President’s residence in Wilmington, Delaware for classified documents.”
“Given the serious national security implications, the White House must provide the Wilmington residence’s visitor log,” the Congressman added.
But the White House said on Monday that visitor logs weren’t used at the Wilmington residence when Biden was not in office.
“Like every President in decades of modern history, his personal residence is personal,” the White House Counsel’s office told Fox News.
“But upon taking office, President Biden restored the norm and tradition of keeping White House visitors’ logs, including publishing them regularly, after the previous administration ended them.”
Some of the classified documents discovered in Biden’s possession allegedly contained information regarding Ukraine and Iran, CNN reported.

As Democrats scramble to perform damage control, Rep. Hank Johnson (D-CA) recently floated the idea that maybe Republicans had planted the documents.
Speaking to a Fox News reporter, Johnson said:
“My response to it all is that alleged classified documents showing up allegedly in the possession of Joseph Biden, you know, I mean, there’s so much that needs to be investigated.”
“And that’s, that’s what I called for is for everything to be investigated, but I’m suspicious of the timing of it.”
“I’m also aware of the fact that things can be planted on people, places and things can be planted, things can be planted in places and then discovered conveniently, that may be what has occurred here,” he claimed. “I’m not ruling that out.”
“But I don’t, I’m open in terms of the investigation needs to be investigated,” he added.
Apparently, Johnson isn’t the only one touting this wild conspiracy.
On ABC’s ‘The View’ last Thursday, co-host Joy Behar declared, “I’ve never seen a luckier person than Donald Trump.”
“Just as we’re this close to getting him, somehow, these documents appear!” she added.
Whoopi Goldberg weighed in saying she didn’t understand how such a thing was possible.
“Someone explain to me how it’s possible after all this time nobody knew … Cause to me, if you’re missing classified information — I don’t mean to laugh — but in my house, if stuff is missing, I know it’s missing.”
“Does it feel like [opposition] research to you? Does it feel like the Republicans are behind it?” Sunny Hostin interjected to ask.
Whoopi admitted that her first thought when she heard Biden had mishandled classified information was Republican foul-play, but admitted the most current facts don’t support that idea.
Also on Thursday, responding to the growing controversy surrounding the documents, U.S. Attorney General Merrick Garland announced he had appointed former U.S. Attorney Robert K. Hur as Special Counsel to officially investigate the matter.
On Friday, the House Judiciary Committee announced they would be launching their own investigation into Biden‘s handling of classified documents.

Joe Biden’s history of lies has finally come back to bite him.
He’s backed himself into a corner with his own falsehoods.
Here’s a list of the lies Joe Biden has made in just the last two years of his presidency.
The Republican National Committee recently put together a list of “21 Made-Up Stories Biden has Told About Himself as President,”
And considering it’s only the lies he’s told during his first two years in office, the list is quite long.
Coming in at number one was Biden’s claim that he “used to drive” an 18-wheeler.
“Biden **rode** in an 18-wheeler once nearly 50 years ago. He’s never driven one,” the RNC wrote on Twitter along with a link to a Politico fact-check report which had rated the statement as false.
The second was Biden’s repeated claim that he’d spoken with the “inventor” of insulin.
“Multiple scientists are credited with discovering insulin; two died before Biden was born and there is no evidence Biden met the others,” the RNC said.
Whopper number three was Biden’s claim he once “had a house burn down with my wife in it” which had “almost lost a couple firefighters.”
However, the incident in question was actually just a small kitchen fire and no injuries occurred.
Next was Biden’s assertion he’d been “raised in the Puerto Rican community.” But as the RNC noted, “In Delaware in 1970, only 2,154 people — 0.39% of the state population — were of Puerto Rican descent.”
At number five was Biden recalling “going to” the Tree of Life synagogue following the 2018 shooting that occurred there – only Tree of Life says Biden never showed up.
The sixth lie was Biden’s claim he had “served as a ‘liaison’ to Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir during the Six-Day War.”
The reality? “Biden was in law school during the war and Meir wasn’t even prime minister,” said the RNC.
The seventh was Biden’s “first job offer” — which he said was from a lumber company. But the company has no record of any such job offer.
Number eight is Biden saying that “the first time” he “got arrested” was at a civil rights protest. Again, there are no records of him ever being arrested.
Next was Biden’s supposed conversation with an Amtrak conductor in 2012 about having traveled over 1 million miles on Air Force Two.
“The conductor [in question] retired in 1993, passed away in 2014, and Biden didn’t reach 1 million miles on AF2 until 2015,” the RNC said.
Number ten was Biden saying he was “appointed to the Naval Academy in 1965.” However, this would be impossible considering he graduated from the University of Delaware in 1965.
Number eleven is Biden saying pollution had been the cause of his skin cancer – when it wasn’t. Sun exposure was the cause.
The twelfth was Biden claiming he’d been a “full professor” at the University of Pennsylvania after serving as VP to Obama.
The thirteenth was that Biden’s “great-grandpop was a coal miner.” He wasn’t.
Coming in at fourteen was Biden saying he had awarded his “Uncle Frank” with a Purple Heart after being elected VP.
Once again, this is impossible. Not only had his uncle died years before – his uncle never received a Purple Heart.
At number fifteen was Biden’s claim that he’d “hit a ball 368 feet ‘off the wall’ at my second Congressional baseball game” when he actually batted 0-2, according to a 1974 newspaper article.
The next three lies were various boasts about his family’s football abilities.
Number nineteen was the repeat claim from 2007 that he’d been “shot at” while traveling overseas.
Number twenty included two different accounts about a woman who’d once asked Biden to remove a dead dog from her yard. In one version, he removed the dog. In another – he left the dead dog on her doorstep.
And finally at number twenty-one was the repeat claim from Biden that he’d been “involved” in the civil rights movement – despite saying in 1987 that he “was not an activist.”

When classified documents were found at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home, President Joe Biden enthusiastically joined in the alarmist claims that it was a shocking and serious problem.
“How could that possibly happen?” Biden said in a 60 Minutes interview.
“How anyone could be that irresponsible?”
“And I thought, what data was in there that may compromise sources and methods?” Biden said.
Yet, as it turns out, Biden was also in possession of comprised classified data.
According to reports, ten classified documents from when Biden served as Vice President were found at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington, D.C.
“Attorney General Merrick Garland has assigned the U.S. attorney in Chicago to review documents marked classified that were found at the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington, two sources with knowledge of the inquiry told CBS News. The roughly 10 documents are from President Biden’s vice-presidential office at the center, the sources said. CBS News has learned the FBI is also involved in the U.S. attorney’s inquiry,” CBS reported.
CNN reported that some of the classified materials included top-secret files designated as “sensitive compartmented information” (SCI) – meaning they contained highly sensitive information obtained from intelligence sources.
“It’s a crime to take classified documents,” Neama Rahmani, former federal prosecutor and president of West Coast Trial Lawyers, told Newsweek.
“President Biden may have violated the Presidential Records Act, Espionage Act, and other federal laws.”
Does Biden view his own actions as irresponsible?
Well, while meeting with leftist Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador on Monday evening, Biden refused to answer questions when pressed about the reports.
Richard Sauber, Special Counsel to the President, told CBS News:
“The discovery of these documents was made by the President’s attorneys.”
The documents were not the subject of any previous request or inquiry by the Archives. Since that discovery, the President’s personal attorneys have cooperated with the Archives and the Department of Justice in a process to ensure that any Obama-Biden Administration records are appropriately in the possession of the Archives,” Sauber said.
The documents were discovered on November 2nd, just days before the midterm elections.

Last spring of 2022, Republican Attorney General Jeff Landry of Louisiana and Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration alleging they had worked with Big Tech to suppress speech.
Documents obtained through the discovery process were released by Landry on Monday and show just how hard the Biden administration tried to get Facebook to censor Fox News host Tucker Carlson for saying vaccines “don’t work.”
“Since we’ve been on the phone – the top post about vaccines today is [T]ucker Carlson saying they don’t work. Yesterday it was Tomi Lehren [sic] saying she won’t take one,” White House Director of Digital Strategy Rob Flaherty said in an email to a Facebook employee on April 14th, 2021.
“This is exactly why I want to know what ‘Reduction’ actually looks like – if ‘reduction’ means ‘pumping our most vaccine hesitant audience with [T]ucker Carlson saying it doesn’t work’ then… I’m not sure it’s reduction!” Flaherty said.
The Facebook employee responded promptly that they were “running this down now,” but that wasn’t good enough.
“How was this not violative? The second half of the segment is raising conspiracy theories about the government hiding that all vaccines aren’t effective. … Moreover: you say reduced and demoted. What does that mean? There’s 40,000 shares on the video. … How effective is that?” Flaherty wrote just after 11:30pm on April 14, 2021.
“Not for nothing but the last time we did this dance, it ended in an insurrection.”
When this email seemed to go unanswered, Flaherty sent another email two days later.
“These questions weren’t rhetorical,” Flaherty wrote.
Speaking to the Daily Caller on Monday, Attorney General Landry said regarding the documents, “Throughout our case, we have uncovered disturbing collusion between Big Tech and Big Government.”
“Today’s reveal is yet another example of the ongoing coercive efforts by the White House to pressure social media companies into censoring American citizens.”

Democrats are working hard to destroy freedom of speech.
And they are actively targeting journalists they don’t agree with.
In fact, Rep. Adam Schiff just violated the First Amendment with this one demand.
In violation of the First Amendment, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) asked Twitter to suspend the account of investigative journalist Paul Sperry in the lead up to the 2020 elections.
Sperry was the journalist who published the name of the so-called impeachment “whistleblower” who allegedly filed a complaint about President Donald Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in July 2019.
Schiff lied to the American people and claimed the whistleblower had a “right” to anonymity.
After Paul Sperry reported that the “whistleblower” was a CIA analyst named Eric Ciaramella, Schiff tried to pressure Twitter to censor Sperry’s account.
A second release of the infamous “Twitter Files” came out last Tuesday, January 4th, and revealed Schiff accused several reporters of spreading “QAnon conspiracies.”
Schiff’s office claimed these accounts had been engaged in conduct “related to alleged harassment from QAnon conspiracists” against Schiff’s staff.
Schiff asked Twitter to “remove any and all content about [Sean Misko] and other Committee staff from its service.”
Schiff’s office also requested Twitter “[s]uspend the many accounts, including @GregRubini and @paulsperry_, which have repeatedly promoted false QAnon conspiracies.”
Twitter responded saying they would “review these accounts again” – which seems to indicate Schiff made several attempts to get Sperry kicked off Twitter.
In response to these revelations, Sperry told the New York Post last Tuesday, “I have never promoted any ‘QAnon conspiracies.’ Ever. Not on Twitter. Not anywhere.”
“Schiff was just angry I outed his impeachment whistleblower and tried to get me banned,” he said.
“I challenge Schiff to produce evidence to back up his defamatory remarks to Twitter.”
Sperry added, “This is a scurrilous smear, but par for the course for the unscrupulous Chairman Schiff.”
Sperry also posted on Twitter later that day asking, “How is a Congressional leader demanding the banning of a veteran journalist from the nation’s digital town square not state censorship?”
“It’s now clear my two-year ban was political,” he added.
While Sperry wasn’t suspended immediately after Schiff had contacted Twitter in 2020, Sperry was eventually suspended a few months later.
Sperry went on to say he thinks he knows why.
“Looks like Schiff’s office initially got friction from Twitter gatekeepers. Still, I was banned just a few months after this ‘request.’”
“Were there subsequent demands from Schiff? May explain why Twitter would never give me a reason for banning me,” Sperry added.
No apology or comment has been made by Schiff regarding his abuse of his official position to try and silence a journalist.
However, in late December, Schiff announced he is seriously considering a run for the U.S. Senate.

Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis is demanding some information that liberals do not want made public.
The results could be costly for the radical left.
And it’s got Democrats completely enraged.
In one of his first moves in his second term, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is demanding full disclosure on how much state funding has been spent to pay for diversity, equity, and inclusion and critical race theory education at Florida’s universities.
Office of Budget and Policy director Chris Spencer, Florida Commissioner of Education Manny Diaz, and State University System of Florida chancellor Raymond Rodrigues wrote a letter requesting a “comprehensive list” from the state’s universities and colleges.
“Each Florida College System and State University System institution must complete the attached document to provide a comprehensive list of all staff programs, and campus activities related to diversity, equity and inclusion and critical race theory within our state colleges and universities,” the letter said.
“As the Executive Office of the Governor prepares policy and budget proposals ahead of the 2023 Legislative Session, it is important that we have a full understanding of the operational expenses of state institutions.”
“Governor Ron DeSantis has prioritized a cost-effective higher education system that delivers high quality service to Floridians to best prepare them for employment.”
In his inaugural speech on Tuesday, DeSantis highlighted the freedom and success Florida has seen since his time as Governor.
“Over the past few years, as so many states in our country ground their citizens down, we in Florida lifted our people up,” DeSantis said.
“When other states consigned their peoples’ freedom to the dustbin, Florida stood strongly as freedom’s linchpin.”
“It [the federal government] has imposed an energy policy that has crippled our nation’s domestic production,” which he said spiked energy costs for American citizens and eroded American energy security.
DeSantis also blasted the states and cities that embraced “faddish ideology at the expense of enduring principles” during COVID-19, which he said harmed public safety, burdened the taxpayers, and ultimately became “authoritarianism in the guise of pandemic mandates and restrictions that lack a scientific basis.”
“This bizarre but prevalent ideology that permeates these policy measures purports to act in the name of justice for the marginalized, but it frowns upon American institutions,” he said.
“It rejects merit and achievement, and it advocates identity essentialism.”
“We reject this woke ideology.”
“We seek normalcy, not philosophical lunacy. We will not allow reality, facts, and truth to become optional — we will never surrender to the woke mob. Florida is where woke goes to die.”
