The article continues, “Fetterman has floundered through Senate hearings and other public events since taking office, often coming across incoherent due to his injuries from the stroke. His office has repeatedly slammed critics for drawing attention to the issue and maintains he is fine outside of auditory processing problems.”
“The issue exploded when Jeff Stein, a Washington Post economics reporter, admitted in May to amplifying a misquote Fetterman’s office provided to him. Meanwhile, Fetterman’s office has quietly and significantly altered the senator’s transcribed comments on several occasions to make him sound more coherent, Fox News Digital previously reported.”
It’s hard to imagine someone who’s struggling this much deciding to run for re-election and actually winning.
As it stands, he can barely make it through his normal duties as a Senator.

“The Hunter Biden story, the scandal, the this, the that — it’s also the story of a father’s love, and Joe Biden has never and will never give up on his son Hunter, and will never treat him lesser than,” Navarro began.
“He is a father first; take it or leave it. That’s who he is, that is part of his heart,” Navarro continued. “There was 380 people at this dinner. It’s not like Hunter was sitting at Merrick Garland’s lap. It was a bunch of people… and I think that the reason he’s been able to get out of addiction is because Joe Biden embraced him entirely the entire time.”
Kelly saw through this nonsense and put the scene in the proper perspective.
Joe Biden wanted to flaunt the fact that his family is above the law and wanted everyone to know that while he has the power to arrest Donald Trump, he also has the power to make his own son escape accountability.
“You can love your child and still recognize it would be inappropriate, given the circumstances, to bring him to something that is not your private party,” Kelly exclaimed.

Shapley described how the Biden Justice Department blocked felony charges against Hunter Biden, prevented investigators from asking questions about Joe Biden’s involvement in a deal with a Communist Chinese-linked company, ignored Hunter Biden writing off encounters with prostitutes as business expenses, and covered up a text message where Hunter Biden implicated Joe Biden in a scheme to shakedown a company affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party for $5 million.

Shapley also revealed that Justice Department official Lesley Wolff tipped off Hunter Biden’s legal team that investigators were going to search Hunter’s storage unit so they could remove any evidence.
California Democrat Congressman Brad Sherman admitted on C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal” that Hunter Biden received preferential treatment from the Justice Department and that Shapley’s testimony needed to be investigated.
“I think that Hunter Biden is paying a price for his noncompliance with our tax laws. His name is there in the newspaper, and, of course, he’s subject to a plea bargain. I would say, in general, the consequences for cheating on taxes…those consequences are softer than they should be. I don’t think you change that policy just because someone is the son of the president. But it’s hard to name anyone who’s actually done jail time for cheating on their taxes,” Sherman began.
“We should investigate everything. But it wouldn’t surprise me if this tax matter went more slowly than it would for Tom, Dick, Harry, or Mary. … If you’re just auditing someone in my California district, you can just do your job. This is the son of the president, you might take a deep breath, you might dot some Is and cross some Ts, and it might take you a little longer. And I’m sure that the resources spent on this investigation were greater because they were dealing with something that was so sensitive,” Sherman concluded.
Even NBC’s “Meet the Press” host Chuck Todd – one of the most ferociously partisan liberals in the corporate media – conceded Shapley’s whistleblower testimony was credible.
“For the longest time, all this whistleblower talk, it was not clear whether there was there there. These transcripts, who these people were, the second whistleblower. These look pretty credible.”
Shapley’s testimony about the interference in the Hunter Biden investigation outlines the worst abuse of the justice system by any president in American history.

President Joe Biden was asked by Fox News reporter Jacqui Heinrich on Monday if he was lying when he claimed he never spoke with his son about his business dealings.
Biden replied “No” before walking away when asked for follow-up questions.
But Biden is facing serious allegations after testimony from IRS whistleblowers allege Biden was highly involved in Hunter’s overseas business dealings while he was Vice President.
IRS Criminal Supervisory Special Agent Gary Shapley Jr., who oversaw the agency’s investigation into Hunter Biden, alleged that Hunter Biden sent a text message through WhatsApp where he used his father’s influence to threaten his Chinese business partner to make a payment to him in a timely fashion.
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled… I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father,” Hunter Biden wrote according to according to the transcript provided by the House Ways and Means Committee.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) said that impeachment was under consideration for Biden on this week’s broadcast of FNC’s “Sunday Morning Futures.”
Jordan said that “high crimes, misdemeanors, bribery,” and “treason” were reasons that impeachment could be brought.
“We don’t know if he’s taken in $10 million, $30 million, $100 million from all of these foreign adversaries and foreign nationals,” host Maria Bartiromo said. “But there are some members of your committees that are talking about impeachment. Is that on the table?”
“It sure is,” Jordan replied. “And, look, we’re driven by the facts and by the Constitution. If the facts show that there’s high crimes, misdemeanors, bribery, treason, whatever, if the facts show that there is — there is the crime there that warrants impeachment, then, by our — our duty compels us. But we have to first get all the facts on the table.”
“But you’re right,” he continued. “They’re piling up, 150 suspicious activity reports, 20 different companies they are running money through, all kinds of Biden family members getting paid, now the whistle-blowers coming forward with this set of facts, credible whistle-blowers coming forward and telling us the things they have told us. It is all beginning to pile up.”
“And, again, we’re driven by the facts,” Jordan added. “We will continue to do our investigation, let Mr. Comer and the Oversight Committee complete their investigation, and then look at all that. But if the Constitution dictates we go forward, then we will have to go forward, but that — we’re not there yet. We got to continue to do the investigation.”

Judge Aileen Cannon initially set an August 11 trial date on Jack Smith’s politically motivated charges against Donald Trump in the Mar-a-Lago document dispute.
Everyone expected Trump’s lawyers would waive Trump’s right to a speedy trial and delay proceedings until after the 2024 election.
The reasons are obvious as the Justice Department is trying to interfere in the election by trying Trump in the heat of the campaign.
But Jack Smith launched a sneak attack and filed a motion seeking a new trial date of December 11.
Smith claimed he was doing Trump a favor as the August 11 date “would deny counsel for the defendant or the attorney for the Government the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation.”
In the filing Smith claimed the trial “does not present novel questions of fact or law.”
Smith laughably claimed the delay was an issue of fairness as Trump’s lawyers needed time to obtain security clearances to view classified evidence.
“However,” Smith added, “the case does involve classified information and will necessitate defense counsel obtaining the requisite security clearances.”
Smith argued that “the inclusion of additional time for defense counsel to review and digest the discovery, to make their own decisions about any production to the government, and for the government to review the same, is reasonable and appropriate.”
Smith wanting to delay the trial has nothing to do with ensuring a level playing field for Donald Trump.
Smith is a zealous prosecutor with a history of abusive and unconstitutional prosecutions of Republicans.
By an 8-0 vote the Supreme Court threw out his sham and partisan conviction against former Virginia Republican Governor Bob McDonnell.
Conservatives see delaying the trial to December as an attempt to deal the death blow to Trump’s 2024 campaign.
“Biden regime and the hack prosecutor want trial in December, to both distract Trump from his presidential campaign, to influence the election, and eliminate Trump as a political threat to Biden,” talk show host Mark Levin wrote on Twitter.
The Iowa Caucus and New Hampshire primary traditionally take place somewhere between mid-January and early February.
Smith wanting to hold Trump’s trial in mid-December would mean the proceeding would easily run through mid-February.
That would prevent Trump from campaigning and potentially see the jury hand down a verdict right as voters head to the polls.

Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) proposed expunging the January 6 impeachment on the grounds that there was no due process as the Democrats rushed articles of impeachment to the floor against Trump without any hearings.
“The American people know Democrats weaponized the power of impeachment against President Donald Trump to advance their own extreme political agenda,” Stefanik stated.
“From the beginning of this sham process, I stood up against Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff’s blatant attempt to shred the Constitution as House Democrats ignored the Constitution and failed to follow the legislative process. President Donald Trump was rightfully acquitted, and it is past time to expunge Democrats’ sham smear against not only President Trump’s name, but against millions of patriots across the country,” Stefanik continued.
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) introduced a resolution to expunge the Ukraine impeachment hoax.
Greene stated that both the FBI’s credible allegations that an executive with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma had paid Joe and Hunter Biden $10 million in bribes, as well as whistleblower Gary Shapley’s testimony about the Justice Department impeding the investigation into Hunter Biden, proved that Schiff railroaded Trump based on a lie.
“The Democrats, led by Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff, weaponized a perfect phone call with Ukraine to interfere with the 2020 election. Meanwhile, the FBI had credible evidence of Joe and Hunter Biden’s corrupt dealings, confirming their involvement in a foreign bribery pay-to-play scheme and receipt of over $5 million each. All of this information was revealed to Congress by the FD-1023 form from the FBI’s most credible informant. The form vindicates President Trump and exposes the crimes of the Biden family,” Greene announced.
House Speaker Kevin McCarthy expressed his support for expunging Trump’s impeachments which means this effort is likely to succeed.
“I think it is appropriate,” McCarthy told reporters. “Just as I thought before — that you should expunge it, because it never should have gone through.”
Democrats demeaned the concept of impeachment by turning the process of removing the president from office into a partisan power-play.

Biden and Garland backslapped guests just hours after IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley testified to the House Ways and Means Committee that the Department of Justice repeatedly interfered in the Hunter Biden investigation to protect Hunter Biden from more serious criminal charges.
A ranting and raving Garland told reporters that U.S. Attorney David Weiss – who ran point in the investigation – had ultimate charging authority.
“As I said at the outset, Mr. Weiss, who was appointed by President Trump as the U.S. Attorney in Delaware and assigned this matter during the previous administration, would be permitted to continue his investigation and to make a decision to prosecute any way in which he wanted to and in any district in which he wanted to. Mr. Weiss has since sent a letter to the House Judiciary Committee confirming that he had that authority. I don’t know how it would be possible for anybody to block him from bringing a prosecution, given that he has this authority,” Garland stated.
But Shapley testified that on October 7, 2022, Weiss told Shapley and several other senior FBI officials that he did not have charging authority and that the Biden Justice Department blocked his attempt to indict Hunter Biden on several serious felony counts.

Democrats and the corporate media claimed for weeks that Republicans had no evidence that Joe Biden weaponized the justice system to target his enemies.
Shapley’s testimony and the fact that Garland and Biden hobnobbed at the same social gathering despite Garland’s department claiming it was still investigating Hunter Biden was all the proof anyone needed to confirm the weaponization of the government charge.

Zhao already paid Hunter Biden $100,000, but Hunter Biden was unhappy with the arrangement.
Biden then informed Zhao he was sitting next to Joe Biden and that Joe Biden would help him exact revenge unless Zhao made Hunter Biden whole.
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” the message read. “Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father,” Biden warned Zhao.
Just days after receiving Hunter Biden’s ultimatum that Joe Biden would step in and take action, a subsidiary of CEFC wired Hunter Biden $5.1 million.

And his father appeared to congratulate his son on his good fortune.
Joe Biden offered an insane piece of praise to Hunter for his guilty plea deal.
Hunter Biden will plead guilty as part of a plea deal in order to avoid jail time after receiving charges for a gun felony and two tax misdemeanors.
And in response, President Joe Biden told a reporter on Tuesday, “I’m very proud of my son” during an event in California.
White House spokesman Ian Sams said in a statement: “The President and First Lady love their son and support him as he continues to rebuild his life.”
Democrats appear to hope the plea deal will close the investigations into the Biden family.
A Politico report citing a person familiar with the plea deal said it’s “intended to be a comprehensive resolution of Hunter Biden’s potential legal liability in all matters investigated by federal authorities.”
“Those matters include allegations Republicans have leveled in recent years that his business dealings and his well-compensated post on the board of Ukrainian energy company Burisma amounted to corruption or violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act,” the report said.
“This is the end of it,” the person said.
Hunter Biden’s attorney also released a statement saying the deal marks the end of the investigation.
“With the announcement of two agreements between my client, Hunter Biden, and the United States attorney’s office for the district of Delaware, it is my understanding that the five-year investigation into Hunter is resolved,” read the statement from attorney Chris Clark.
“I know Hunter believes it is important to take responsibility for these mistakes he made during a period of turmoil and addiction in his life. He looks forward to continuing his recovery and moving forward.”
However, Republicans aren’t stopping their investigations into the Biden family.
“Let’s be clear: the Department of Justice’s charges against President Biden’s son Hunter reveal a two-tiered system of justice,” said House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY). “These charges against Hunter Biden and sweetheart plea deal have no impact on the Oversight Committee’s investigation. We will not rest until the full extent of President Biden’s involvement in the family’s schemes are revealed.”
Donald Trump and Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) blasted the agreement as well.
“Looks like Hunter received a sweetheart deal and is not facing any charges on the massive corruption allegations. If Hunter was not connected to the elite DC class he would have been put in jail a long time ago,” DeSantis tweeted.
He also linked a video clip of him arguing that there are “two different sets of rules depending on whether you’re a member in good standing of elite society or not.”
Trump said the deal equated to a “mere traffic ticket.”
“Wow! The corrupt Biden DOJ just cleared up hundreds of years of criminal liability by giving Hunter Biden a mere ‘traffic ticket.’ Our system is BROKEN!” Trump posted on his social media platform, Truth Social.
