And now all hell broke loose after a shocking FBI discovery about the Joe Biden bribe scandal.
Iowa Republican Senator Chuck Grassley turned Washington upside down by releasing the June 2020 FBI FD-1023 form where a highly credible confidential human source reported that Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky told him that he paid Joe and Hunter Biden each a $5 million bribe so then-Vice President Joe Biden could exploit his position to help Burisma gain access to the U.S. market.

Members of the media falsely claimed Republicans released uncorroborated FBI allegations into the public discourse to try and smear Joe Biden.
That was yet another lie.
The Daily Mail reported that FBI agents working the Hunter Biden investigation were able to corroborate several of the informant’s claims.
In 2020 then-Attorney General William Barr tasked Pennsylvania United States Attorney Scott Brady with investigating the allegations of foreign lobbying and influence peddling as part of the Hunter Biden investigation.
One insider told the Daily Mail that led to FBI agents discovering an interview from 2017 with this confidential human source where the subject of Hunter Biden and Burisma came up.
The insider told the Daily Mail that the FBI relied on this informant over the years as they provided trusted information that had nothing to do with the Bidens.
“’This was a CHS [confidential human source] that had a long relationship with the FBI, had given information that was used in multiple other investigations unrelated to Burisma or the Bidens,’” the Daily Mail reported the source saying.
The insider revealed it took one month to overcome the internal pushback to interviewing this source, but when agents finally spoke to the confidential informant they were blown away.
“’We got that report back and we were like, holy smokes, this is something,’” the source also told the Daily Mail.
In trying to chase down the informant’s claims the FBI was able to corroborate several dates of meetings and who attended based on travel logs as well as the allegations about Burisma’s financial motives based on available public records.
“’There were multiple meetings alleged overseas. Some of the CHS’s claims were corroborated against the CHS travel records, and contemporary knowledge from the handler about him attending meetings with Zlochevsky and other people present,’” the Daily Mail reported.
“The informant told the FBI that they had met with Zlochevsky at Burisma’s office in Kyiv, Ukraine, in late 2015 or early 2016; in Vienna, Austria, in early 2016; and had a telephone call with the gas magnate after the 2016 presidential election,” the Daily Mail also reported.
“Public records also match some of the informant’s claims – including that Zlochevsky was aiming to buy a US subsidiary to improve his American business prospects,” the Daily Mail exclusively reported.
The fact that FBI agents were able to stand up some of the source’s claims also explains why FBI higher-ups never shared the FD-1023 form with the IRS agents investigating Hunter Biden.
IRS whistleblowers Joseph Ziegler and Gary Shapley testified that at every turn they were blocked from asking questions or pursuing leads that would implicate Joe Biden.
If the FBI gave the IRS the FD-1023 form, the Bureau would have to admit they were able to back up some of the source’s claims which would naturally lead to the agents likely trying to pursue the bribe claims.
And it is becoming more apparent that the true purpose of the Hunter Biden sweetheart plea deal was to shut down any chance investigators would begin to dig into Joe Biden’s involvement in Hunter Biden’s deals and what they would uncover could lead to legal and political crises for Joe Biden.

According to the New York Post, “A joint fundraising committee raising dollars for President Biden’s re-election effort received a large donation from a tech billionaire revealed to have once traveled to pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s private island in the Caribbean.”
“LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman dumped $699,600 into the Biden Victory Fund war chest, a joint fundraising committee authorized by the Biden campaign, in April, federal election records show.”
“The donation came one week before The Wall Street Journal reported Hoffman had visited the late serial sexual predator’s US Virgin Islands compound in 2014.”
It’s clear this Reid Hoffman is someone the President of the United States should not be associated with.
In fact, Hoffman should probably be investigated to find out what activities he engaged in when he visited Epstein’s island in 2014.
Whatever he saw there, it was enough to make him want to return. The article continues, “Hoffman, 55, had reportedly planned on returning to the island with Epstein later in 2014 before traveling to Boston to raise funds for MIT on behalf of fellow island trip attendee Joi Ito, a then-media lab director at the institute.”
Later in the article, it’s revealed that, “His latest donation pales to the $1.5 million he gave to a Biden super PAC in 2020, in addition to the maximum individual dollar amount allowed to the Democrat’s campaign.”
Democrat prosecutor Jack Smith is committed to ending Donald Trump’s political career by any means necessary.
Smith is carrying out Joe Biden’s stated goal of seeing Trump behind bars.

Critics slammed Joe Biden’s continued effort to push America closer to a third-world banana republic through a scheme to weaponize the justice system to arrest the leading candidate to defeat him in the upcoming election.
Trump announced that Smith intended to indict him on charges relating to January 6 – likely on frivolous felony charges of seditious conspiracy to overthrow the government and obstructing an official proceeding – which would be the second time Joe Biden arrested Donald Trump as polls show Trump well positioned to defeat Biden.

Republicans also noticed the suspicious timing of Smith’s looming indictment decision.
New York Republican Congresswoman Elise Stefanik noted this was not the first time Smith intervened with an indictment after whistleblowers stepped forward accusing Joe Biden of potentially illegal behavior.

Smith indicted Trump in June in the Mar-a-Lago document dispute after Iowa Republican Senator Chuck Grassley revealed whistleblowers came forward with information that the FBI hid allegations from a credible confidential human source that an official with the Ukrainian energy company Burisma paid Joe and Hunter Biden $10 million in bribes.
Now Smith’s latest indictment ploy comes on the week when IRS whistleblowers will testify to the House Oversight Committee about the Biden Department of Justice interfering in the Hunter Biden investigation.
IRS agent Gary Shapley and another so-far unnamed whistleblower will present testimony that the DOJ blocked efforts to indict Hunter Biden on serious felony charges and prevented agents from pursuing lines of questioning that could lead to Joe Biden.
One FBI agent already confirmed key aspects of Shapley’s account.
The House Oversight Committee revealed that the DOJ tipped off Hunter Biden’s legal team and the Secret Service to the FBI’s plans to interview Hunter Biden and that the agents were given a stand-down order not to interview Hunter Biden until his legal team said so.
FBI agents never interviewed Hunter Biden.
“The agent CONFIRMED key portions of the IRS whistleblowers’ testimony, including that both Secret Service headquarters and the Biden transition team were TIPPED OFF about the planned Hunter Biden interview,” a House Oversight Committee statement read.
“In fact, on the day of the Hunter Biden interview, FEDERAL AGENTS WERE TOLD TO STAND BY AND TO NOT APPROACH HUNTER BIDEN— they had to wait for his call. As a result of the change in plans, IRS and FBI criminal investigators never got to interview Hunter Biden as part of the investigation,” the statement added.
“The former FBI supervisory special agent told committee investigators he had never been told to wait outside to be contacted by the subject of an investigation,” the committee’s statement continued.
Jack Smith’s indictments against Donald Trump are taking place in the middle of a presidential election where Donald Trump is the frontrunner for the GOP nomination and to defeat Joe Biden.
The indictments also serve Biden’s interests by deflecting attention away from the mushrooming scandal that Biden weaponized the DOJ to protect him and his son from legal and political disaster.

The New York congresswoman claimed Biden earned her support by signing the trillions of dollars in socialist spending for the Green New Deal.
“I believe, given that field, yes. I think he’s done quite well, given the limitations that we have. I do think that there are ebbs and flows as there are in any president, in any presidency. You know, I there are areas that I think were quite strong when he came right out of the gate with the American Rescue Plan. And, of course, the Inflation Reduction Act was a massive step in terms of our climate agenda,” Ocasio-Cortez stated.
Ocasio-Cortez then declared that Democrats need to pick up seats in the Senate in 2024 so Chuck Schumer can nuke the filibuster and Joe Biden can turn America into a one-party state through packing the Supreme Court, adding Washington, D.C. and Puerto Rico as the 51st and 52nd states, and granting amnesty as well as voting rights to tens of millions of illegal aliens.
“But there are also areas that I think could have gone better. We have major structural issues in this country and start, I think it starts with the United States Senate. And I think that until we have senators that are willing to stand up and stare the filibuster in the eye, there are a lot of structural issues about the Senate. The United States Senate will be what holds back this country from an enormous amount of progress,” Ocasio-Cortez continued.
It’s not usually controversial for elected officials to endorse a sitting president from their own party.
In fact, it’s actually what is demanded of members of Congress as anyone not backing their party’s president usually catches a primary challenger.
But normal presidents are not 80 years old and descending into senility before the public’s very eyes like Joe Biden.
Joe Biden’s approval rating sits at just 42 percent and polling from Echelon Insights shows him trailing Donald Trump in the key swing states 48 to 41 percent.
Biden’s plight ties back to his age which is why a recent NBC poll showed 70 percent of Americans – including 51 percent of Democrats – do not want Biden to run for re-election.
Bernie Sanders’ senior aide Briahna Joy Gray blasted Ocasio-Cortez for giving Biden political cover to remain in the race and risk losing to Trump.
“Endorsing Joe Biden now is a betrayal of progressive interests. It was true of Bernie Sanders’ endorsement & its true of AOC,” Gray ranted.
“*Most* Democrats don’t want Biden to run. Bernie and AOC are tragically out of step w/ the movement & the moment,” Gray added.
The media published a spate of stories in recent weeks about California Governor Gavin Newsom.
A-list media members like liberal New York Times columnist Maureen Down called Biden appalling for refusing to acknowledge the existence of his four-year-old granddaughter Navy Joan Roberts because Roberts is Hunter Biden’s child from an affair.
And even Biden’s cheering section on MSNBC is warning that Biden’s age is an issue and his staff needs to step up and stop Biden from ending up in embarrassing predicaments.

Democrats know running Joe Biden is a roll of the dice and that he could very well lose to Donald Trump.
And that’s why liberals are furious at Ocasio-Cortez for endorsing Biden and easing the pressure on Biden to drop out of the race.
Megyn Kelly actually went there.
The conservative firebrand was fed up with Kamala Harris.
And Megyn Kelly called Kamala Harris one name you should never use in public.
Kamala Harris is famous for two things – her signature Disney movie villain cackle and her uncanny ability to act like a character out of a “Saturday Night Live” skit with the way she can string words from the English language together in such a manner that Harris thinks she is driving home an eloquent point while everyone realizes she is using all the wrong words in the completely wrong order.
The latest example of Harris’s gibberish came when she attempted to describe what culture meant to her.

Over the course of the last two years, Kelly tried to give Harris the benefit of the doubt as most Americans really don’t want to admit they are governed by stupid people.
But Kelly said Harris’s latest adventure in malapropisms was the last straw and now forced her to admit that Harris is a “moron.”
“I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I did not think she was an idiot. I now think she’s a moron. She’s just not that smart. Forgive me, I’m still one of those people who gets wooed by titles. I’m like, ‘’She’s the attorney general of the state of California. How dumb could she be?’ The answer is very, very dumb, is the answer,” Kelly stated.
Kelly added that polling showed Harris is the most unpopular vice president in history for a reason and that Americans’ hesitation to re-elect Joe Biden stemmed in part from the fact that many people believe Biden will not serve out a full term and that a vote for Biden is a vote to eventually make Kamala Harris president.
“And I’ve come to the conclusion with my own eyes and ears from watching and listening to her, she can not put two sentences together. I mean, the old man is actually losing his mental faculties. She’s just not a smart person, and it concerns me because that’s all we have in line on the Democratic side, and as Trump’s numbers continue to go up and up, and I realize some of the polls are showing him beating Joe Biden in a hypothetical match-up, he’s still very vulnerable. He did not win in 2020, and it looks like it’s going to be the same matchup. And honestly, Joe Biden is knocking on the Grim Reapers door, and she could be the President of the United States in the next six years by default if things go in a dark and upsetting way. I’m concerned,” Kelly declared.
Alvin Bragg is a George Soros-backed prosecutor trying to throw Donald Trump in jail.
Bragg’s come under heavy fire for his case against Trump.
And what Alvin Bragg just admitted is music to Donald Trump’s ears.
Bragg is one of the district attorney candidates George Soros provided financial backing to because Soros knew he could count on Bragg to implement his soft-on-crime, anti-police agenda.
When Bragg first took office crime predictably skyrocketed as the Soros agenda took effect.
But even though new Mayor Eric Adams paid some lip service to being pro-police and crime slightly declined in 2023 Bragg admitted he still feels New York City is unsafe for his family members to travel around.
Bragg specifically cited his worry for the safety of his family members over the perceived danger of riding on the subway.
“I know the statistics that transit crime is down,” Bragg said in an interview with Fox 5 NY, “but when one of my family members gets on the train, I get a knot in my stomach.”

Critics contend had Bragg focused on his actual job instead of trying to score political points he would be able to rest easy when his family members decide to ride the subway.
Bragg critics pointed to two cases.
The first was Bragg’s decision to invent a new legal theory claiming Donald Trump violated federal campaign finance law despite the fact that the Biden administration declined to bring criminal charges against Trump when Michael Cohen paid Stormy Daniels $130,000 as part of a non-disclosure settlement in October 2016.
Even liberal legal analysts questioned Bragg bringing such a flimsy case that allowed Trump to point out that all the Democrat prosecutors indicting him did so for political reasons.
The other example of Bragg encouraging lawlessness on the subway was the case of Daniel Penny.
A homeless man named Jordan Neely – who was arrested over 40 previous times including for punching an elderly woman in the face – began threatening the passengers on a subway car that he was ready to kill someone and did not care about going to jail.
Penny protected the lives of fellow riders and restrained the mentally ill Neely.
Neely later died and police released Penny after coming to the conclusion he acted in self-defense.
Bragg arrested Penny – the heroic Marine veteran – after Black Lives Matter and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez turned up the heat over the fact that Neely was black and Penny is white.
Critics argue New Yorkers would feel safer on the subway if they believed Bragg was acting in the interest of the rule of law instead of picking and choosing his cases based on the political interests of the Democrat Party coalition.
Tucker Carlson’s fight with Fox News is now headed to a courtroom.
This is one twist no one saw coming.
And Tucker Carlson just got hit with life-changing news about criminal charges.
Tucker Carlson was the loudest voice in the media criticizing the media’s narrative that Trump supporters staged an insurrection on January 6 to try and overthrow the government and end American democracy.
Carlson questioned how many undercover federal informants were in the crowd that day and pointed to a report in Revolver News claiming a man named Ray Epps may have been a federal operative.
Carlson also claimed Epps allegedly committed criminal acts on that day but was let off under mysterious circumstances.
As evidence Carlson said the FBI’s Washington, D.C. Field Office removed a picture of Epps from their website listing him as a person of interest in allegedly committing violence even though a video from January 5 showed Epps exhorting Trump supporters to march to the Capitol the following day.

Carlson also wondered why the January 6 committee and the media – which was eager to smear every Trump voter as a domestic terrorist – took it easy on Epps and painted a sympathetic portrait of him.
Epps denied the allegations he worked as an undercover federal informant.
Now Epps is suing Fox News for defamation claiming Fox News invented a conspiracy theory around Epps’ action on January 6 to deflect blame from Donald Trump.
“In the aftermath of the events of January 6th, Fox News searched for a scapegoat to blame other than Donald Trump or the Republican Party,” the lawsuit states. “Eventually, they turned on one of their own.”
Epps’ lawsuit singles out Carlson’s commentary as forcing Epps to move and supposedly sleep with “one eye open.”
And since Fox employed Carlson at the time Carlson made these comments, “Fox is therefore fully liable for Mr. Carlson’s statements,” the lawsuit states.
But one fact inside the lawsuit may undermine the whole case.
And that is the fact that Epps claims one of the main consequences of Carlson’s defamation is the fact that the Justice Department allegedly informed Epps in May that it planned to indict him for what happened on January 6.
“Finally, in May 2023, the Department of Justice notified Epps that it would seek to charge him criminally for events on January 6, 2021—two-and-a-half years later,” the lawsuit reads. “The relentless attacks by Fox and Mr. Carlson and the resulting political pressure likely resulted in the criminal charges.”
If Epps faces criminal charges, that may provide Carlson with a defense against Epps’ claims that Carlson defamed Epps.
And if Epps is not facing charges, then one of the main causes of the lawsuit is no longer valid.
Democrats don’t want you to know the truth.
It will spoil their plans.

Democrats and their allies in the corporate media sit around waiting for tragedies so they can leap into action demanding Republicans cave in on accepting new gun control.
Gun-grabbers know that the immediate aftermath of a horrific event is their best chance to ride a wave of emotion of sorrow to gut the Second Amendment and disarm law-abiding American citizens.
Pennsylvania Democrat Senator John Fetterman may be cognitively impaired from his near-fatal stroke, but anti-gun politicians can run this playbook off muscle memory.
Fetterman seized on a horrible tragedy that occurred on the Fourth of July in Philadelphia – where a gunman killed five innocents and wounded two children – as an opportunity to try and browbeat Republicans into restricting Americans’ Second Amendment rights.
“My heart breaks for the people of Philadelphia, most of all for the victims of this senseless shooting and their families. It makes me incredibly angry that over Fourth of July there was another mass shooting in our great Commonwealth,” Fetterman stated.
“It is also deeply upsetting to know that the Senate will return from recess next week and there will be no action or discussion about real solutions to prevent these mass shootings,” Fetterman continued.
“The issue of gun violence is at the core of why I got into politics in the first place. After two of my GED students were gunned down, I ran for Mayor of Braddock to stop the violence,” Fetterman declared.
The emotional blackmail playbook worked for Democrats in 2022.
After mass shootings in Uvalde, Texas, and Buffalo, New York, RINO Senator John Cornyn and Mitch McConnell colluded with Joe Biden to pass the biggest gun control package in 30 years which included new money to help states confiscate firearms from Americans not convicted of any crimes.
But the tragedy in Philadelphia did not fit the usual prepackaged narrative the left runs with.
Police arrested Kimbrady Carriker for this crime.
Carriker proudly supported Black Lives Matter.
“Black lives matter today; there will be jobs available. Equal opportunity finally. Just tell us where your quitting so we can send someone over,” Carriker wrote on Facebook.
And pictures posted to Facebook showed Carriker wearing women’s clothing.
Philadelphia also has some of the strictest gun laws possible on the books.
New gun control would do nothing to deter criminals.
As usual, the point of gun control is to push Democrats one step closer to their real goal of banning and confiscating every firearm in the United States.
Democrats never saw it coming.

College graduates increasingly vote Democrat and Joe Biden took the illegal step last year to waive $10,000 in student loan payments for individuals making up to $125,000 or married couples earning a combined $250,000 to boost turnout in the midterm elections.
The Supreme Court scoffed at Biden’s stated rationale of using the 2003 HEROES Act to end-run Congress and rob $400 million from taxpayers to pay off a Democrat-leaning constituency.
Chief Justice John Roberts scoffed at Biden’s HEROES Act gambit as Congress passed the legislation in 2003 to allow the president to grant student debt relief to members of the military who enlisted after 9/11 or those who live in areas directly affected by a terrorist attack.
“[T]he HEROES Act provides no authorization for the Secretary’s plan even when examined using the ordinary tools of statutory interpretation—let alone ‘clear congressional authorization’ for such a program,” Chief Justice Roberts wrote.

The conservative legal project has fought for decades for these victories and Donald Trump delivered the long sought-after wins.
Megyn Kelly wrote on Twitter that the Supreme Court decisions represented a banner day for Donald Trump and that they would provide a powerful rallying cry in the GOP primary for conservatives.
“A spectacular day for Donald Trump whose three conservative picks for SCOTUS were integral to the historic decisions yesterday and today,” Kelly posted. “Major feather in his cap and will likely (& rightfully) be touted by his campaign in coming months.”
Joe Biden’s comments in the wake of these decisions show that in a Trump-Biden rematch the Supreme Court promises to play a starring role.
Biden fumed after the Court struck down affirmative action.
In his comments Biden doubled down on imposing institutional racism in college admissions policies.
“We cannot let this decision be the last word,” Biden declared. “While the court can render a decision, it cannot change what America stands for. America’s an idea. An idea unique in the world. An idea of hope and opportunity. Of possibilities. Of giving everyone a fair shot. Of leaving no one behind. We’ve never fully lived up to it, but we’ve never walked away from it either. We will not walk away from it now.”
And after the Court struck down his student loan bailout scheme Biden announced a direct challenge to the Court by declaring he would issue a new order to raid the Treasury of $400 billion to fund a student loan robbery.
“I’m announcing a new path to provide student debt relief to as many borrowers as possible, as quickly as possible, grounded in the Higher Education Act,” Biden added. “Just moments ago, @SecCardona took the first official step to initiate this new approach. We aren’t wasting any time.”
Donald Trump won the 2016 election in large part because it was a referendum on who voters wanted picking Justice Antonin Scalia’s replacement.
Voters who listed the Supreme Court as their number one issue went for Trump over Hillary Clinton by a 56 to 41 percent margin.
And the 2024 election could once again be fought on very favorable terms for Donald Trump if the Supreme Court is front and center.
