Glenn Beck extends Tucker Carlson an offer to work at The Blaze

Tucker Carlson is out at Fox News Channel.

This move set up a massive upheaval in conservative media.

And Glenn Beck dropped this massive bombshell about where Tucker Carlson may work next.

The Blaze founder Glenn Beck knows what Carlson is going through.

During Barack Obama’s first term Beck was one of the biggest stars on Fox News drawing in millions of viewers with his 5 p.m. show.

But Fox News canned Beck in 2011 when a left-wing pressure campaign caused too many advertisers to dump Beck’s show.

History repeated itself 12 years later with Fox News firing Carlson after a years-long effort by liberal activists to force Carlson’s sponsors to ditch the program.

Beck went on to start The Blaze, which designed a template for independent conservative media companies to achieve success.

During a recent broadcast of his show Beck predicted that Fox News — and not Carlson — would be the party worse for wear in this situation as Carlson’s audience was far more loyal to Tucker than the Fox brand.

“I think that’ll kill Fox, I really do,” Beck stated. “I know so many people that still kinda like Fox, they watch other shows, but they’re like, Tucker is the only one I really trust. You lose Tucker Carlson, I think that really kills them.”

“You’re getting rid of Tucker Carlson? Wow. Letting him walk out the door even? Wow,” Beck added.

The ratings collapse of Fox News in the wake of Carlson’s firing showed Beck was on to something.

By May 1 the ratings in Carlson’s own timeslot were down more than 50 percent.

Ratings for Fox News Channel’s other primetime shows outside of “Jesse Watters Primetime” also took a hit.

Beck then let his audience in on the secret that he and Carlson are actually good friends and offered Carlson a job on the spot.

“Tucker Carlson and I have become friends, and hopefully I’ll be able to talk with him today,” Beck added. “I don’t know what the situation is, but Tucker, come to Jamaica. We would love to have you here, you won’t miss a beat, and together, the two of us would tear it up, just tear it up.”

Fox News is paying Carlson’s contract in the hopes of keeping him off the airwaves through the 2024 election.

Carlson’s brought in the biggest legal power players in America to win his freedom from Fox News so he can get back to creating content as soon as possible.

When Carlson is free from his Fox contract, he will have no shortage of offers as The Blaze, The Daily Wire, Newsmax, One America News, and NewsNation will all make their pitch to Carlson.

Carlson could also choose to go the independent route and raise the money to put together his own media company.

Tucker Carlson’s options are wide open.
