On June 6th, Donald Trump predicted that Joe Biden’s Justice Department would slap Hunter Biden with some token criminal charges to make it seem like the impending politicized indictment against Donald Trump is not really an attempt to meddle in the 2024 election.
“The Marxists and Fascists in the DOJ & FBI are going after me at a level and speed never seen before in our Country, and I did nothing wrong. Joe Biden kept (keeps) thousand of documents, in many locations, some illegally taken from skiffs while he was a Senator, a big portion of which were classified,” Trump posted on Truth Social.
“They are using the DOJ & FBI against me to Rigg the 2024 Election. They’ll hit Hunter with something small to make their strike on me look ‘fair.’ Nothing about these Fascists is fair or honest. FIGHT!” Trump continued.
Trump’s words proved prophetic once again.
Hunter Biden and the Biden Justice Department reached an agreement on a deal where Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor tax evasion charges.
Biden will also enter a pretrial diversion program – which defendants like Hunter Biden do not ordinarily qualify for – that will allow the charge that Hunter Biden lied on a federal firearm background check form to disappear.
Despite a five-year-long investigation where the evidence appeared overwhelming that Hunter Biden committed some serious crimes, Hunter Biden will not spend one day in prison.
The timing of the Hunter Biden plea deal – 11 days after anti-Trump special counsel Jack Smith handed down his 37-count indictment against Donald Trump – reeked of politics and election interference.
U.S. Attorney David Weiss said the investigation into Hunter Biden is “ongoing” which will allow the Justice Department and the FBI to stonewall congressional investigators on document requests regarding allegations a Burisma executive paid Joe and Hunter Biden $10 million in bribes to secure favorable policy outcomes for the corrupt Ukrainian energy company.

Far from administering justice, the Hunter Biden plea deal looks like the latest attempt to further the cover-up of corruption allegations swirling around the Biden family in an attempt to take these issues off the table and help Joe Biden win re-election in 2024.
