Nancy Pelosi’s Latest Police State Action Is Both Dangerous and Unconstitutional

Democrats are preparing to use the January 6th Capitol Hill riot to expand the police state.

And they may get it done without even a vote.

That’s why Nancy Pelosi’s latest action is both dangerous and unconstitutional.

A secret national police force.

Federal agents going door-to-door.

Forced vaccinations and reeducation camps for those who refuse to cooperate.

Sound familiar?

No, not Nazi Germany 1939, the United States 2021.

This is the Joe Biden administration.

Masks, vaccines, forced closures on small businesses, erasing history, removing statues.

It’s all eerily familiar.

It’s true that those who don’t remember the past are doomed to repeat it.

That’s exactly why the socialists want to erase American history.

It’s also why they are quietly working to expand the Capitol Police force around the country.

The New York Times reports that U.S. Capitol Police are currently planning to expand outside of the District of Columbia and opening regional field offices around the country “to better protect lawmakers” against continued threats in the wake of the Capitol Hill “riot.”

These threats have doubled since 2017, says Acting Chief of Force Yogananda D. Pittman.

The need for a Police Force outside of Capitol Hill is because the majority of threats are coming from people outside of D.C., Pittman said.

According to the Times article, Tim Barber, a Capitol Police spokesman, said the plan is to open several additional regional offices.

He said the department charged with protecting Congress will be transforming itself in the aftermath of the “attack,” which exposed serious deficiencies in the Capitol Police’s gathering and dissemination of intelligence, preparedness, and training.

“Much like the Secret Service, which has field offices in multiple states and countries, the Capitol Police need to be able to monitor and quickly investigate threats against lawmakers wherever they occur,” Mr. Barber said.

But the expansion of Capitol Police presence is raising eyebrows for a number of reasons – not the least of which is the secrecy surrounding the agency and the fact that Capitol Hill Police are not subject to Freedom of Information Act requests.

Under current law, the Capitol Hill Police have no authority in other states and most constitutional lawyers believe it would require a new law or an amendment of the current law to allow the Capitol Police to set up satellite offices in other states.

But given that the Biden administration has declared an all-out war on “domestic terrorists,” fears are running wild that a national secret police force is really being sent out to find and arrest “enemies of the state.”
