Donald Trump’s Presidency Almost Ended Because of This One Man

This person is now the top target of a new investigation into the plot to destroy Trump.

And you won’t believe who he is.

And Donald Trump’s presidency almost ended because of this man.

Attorney General Bill Barr shocked the political establishment last week when he made the claim most impartial observers have suspected for a while.

Barr said there had been spying against the Trump campaign.

Democrats were angered by this and Never-Trump Republicans were scornful.

But many Americans applauded, and as some in Congress called for immediate investigations, Barr seemed ready to proceed on that track.

From what we know so far, any investigation is going to, at the least, reflect poorly on the Clinton campaign, the Obama administration and probably on the former President and Secretary of State themselves.

While most are focusing on the likes of former FBI Director James Comey, disgraced former agent Peter Strzok, former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, and other leading Obama Administration officials and Clinton campaign advisors, a new name has been pushed to the forefront of the investigation.

The Justice Department is reportedly scrutinizing the role of an FBI informant who contacted members of the Trump campaign during the 2016 election, as part of a review of the early stages and origins of the Russia investigation.

The New York Times reported that Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz is looking into informant Stefan Halper’s work during the Russia probe, as well as his work with the FBI prior to the start of the ill-fated investigation.

Halper, an American professor who reportedly is deeply connected with British and American intelligence agencies, has been widely reported by Fox News, The Washington Post and Washington Post as a confidential source for the FBI during the Bureau’s original investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

That “official counterintelligence operation” was opened by then-senior agent Peter Strzok, who has since been fired from the Bureau in disgrace.

In fact it turns out both the Washington Post and New York Times knew of Halper’s involvement early last year and sat on the story for weeks and only reluctantly did so after a Daily Caller article mentioned his name.

And now, his name is much more than a mention.

In fact his fingerprints are turning up all over the Russia collusion hoax.

New reports out show that during the 2016 campaign, Halper contacted several members of the Trump campaign, including former foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos and former aide Carter Page.

Page was also the subject of several Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants during the campaign — which is an issue at the heart of the IG’s investigation.

Many Americans, including President Trump, strongly believe there was misconduct in the FBI and Justice Department’s handling of those FISA warrants.

In fact, many argue these FISA warrants were obtained fraudulently and illegally as part of the plot to bring the Trump presidency down from within.

As more evidence surfaces of spying and illegal activities within the Obama administration and Clinton campaign, we will keep you updated.
